The St Kilda East Child Care Centre and Kindergarten aims to provide a warm, caring and family like atmosphere in which the children feel comfortable, happy and secure at all times.

Experiences are provided that meet the children's needs and stimulate learning in all developmental areas.

Each child is viewed as a unique person with an individual pattern, timing of growth and development.

Interactions and activites are designed to develop the children's self esteem and develop positive feelings towards learning.

We recognise that children learn most effectively through a combination of structured and informal play orientated approaches to learning.

We strongly believe that all parents are entitled to expect and receive the quality of care for their children that they would normally receive at home, and that their lives are enhanced and enriched by the experiences they share with us.
